About Stones Collision Center

If God keeps bringing your dream back to you, I feel you must do something with it. Anita and I are truly blessed to open our shop with highly skilled and quality oriented technicians. They share my vision that the vehicle we are working on is our next advertisement. I believe that your shop is only as good as your last repair. I have been working as either an insurance adjuster or body shop manager since 1977. I was trained by the insurance industry, but polished by the body shop trade. Having worked on both sides of the fence, I have the advantage of knowing what is needed to balance the insurance company requirements with the customers expectations. We excel in quality, cost effective repairs performed in a timely manner.

Intrigued by the work of others, Jimmy McCaffity has been in the auto body shop business since 1977, when he picked up his first paint gun. During his career, he has worked in numerous local shops, where he has painted well over 10,000 vehicles. Some of his vehicles have been featured in national magazines as well as wall calendars. He puts 110% into all his paint jobs and treats every car as if it were his own.

I’ve been working on cars since
I was 15 years old and restored
my first car at 17. That was a
1968 Mustang and I’ve enjoyed
doing auto body work ever since.
I am now I-Car certified in damage
analysis and collision repairs.

I have been in the auto body
industry since 1991. I’ve worked in
every aspect of the body shop, from
washing cars and writing estimates,
to light or heavy collision repair. I
have been certified by I-Car, CHIEF,
GM, Ford and PPG in many different
areas. I have been professionally
trained in the diagnosis and repair
of auto body water leaks, and I take
great pride in all my jobs large or
small.
